1. Introduction
These guidelines include complete descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and related information for producing your proceedings manuscripts with Microsoft Office Word.
Please follow them.
2. Formatting Your Paper
A page size of the paper must be A4 (210mm x 297mm). The top margin must be 28 mm, and the bottom margin must be 26mm, and the left margin must be 19.5 mm, and the right margin must be 19mm. All text must be in a two-column format. Columns are to be 83.2mm wide, with a 5 mm space between them. Text must be fully
justified.
3. Type-style and Fonts
To achieve the best rendering, we strongly encourage you to use Times-Roman font. In addition, this will give the proceedings a more uniform look (expect first
appearance figure and table number, see below). 4. Major Headings
Major headings, for example, “1. Introduction”, should appear in lower case (with the first letter of each word capitalized), centered in the column. Use a period
(“.”) after the heading number.
5. Subheadings
5.1 Example of subheadings
Subheadings should appear in lower case (with the first letter of the initial word capitalized). They should start at the left margin on a separate line.
6. Printing Your Paper
Print your properly formatted text on high-quality, A4 size white printer paper. If the last page of your paper is only partially filled, arrange the columns so that they are evenly balanced if possible.
7. Figures, Tables, and Formulas
Figures must appear within the designated margins. They may span the two columns. Position figures and tables at the top or bottom of columns. Caption and number every figure. Number every mathematical formula as well.
The font of figure and table number should be changed to bold when they first appear in the paper as
shown at the end of this sentence Fig.1Fig.1.

8. Footnotes
Use footnotes sparingly (or not at all!) and place them at the bottom of the column on the page on which they are referenced. Use Times 9-point type, single-spaced. To help your readers, avoid using footnotes altogether and include necessary peripheral observations in the text (within parentheses, if you prefer, as in this sentence).
9. Copyright Forms
You must include your fully completed, signed IIEEJ copyright release form when you submit the final version of your paper. We must have this form before your paper can be published in the proceedings.
References
List and number all bibliographical references at the end of the paper. The references can be numbered in order of appearance in the document. When referring to them in the text, type the corresponding reference number in right side round brackets and with superior as shown at the end
of this sentence1).
